If you have any questions or simply require more information. We believe it is always better to meet on a face to face basis. Our initial consultations are always free of charge and is just an informal chat lasting approximatly 15-20 minutes. Here we can discuss what your goals and aspirations are and how we maybe able to help you.

First Session

In the first session we will go through a full medical and lifestyle questionare, gaining knowledge of your health and exercise history including goals and how we will be able to achieve these together in the shortest time possible.  

We will also carry out a fitness assessment including your biometrics, weight and body fat %, a CV fitness test, flexibility and strength tests.  The information gathered in this first session will form the basis of your programme and will provide us with a baseline from which to monitor future progress.
